We haven't heard much about CIA at the Chapo trial yet--and we're not likely to.
In a new filing last night, prosecutors say that an upcoming witness (unnamed) once heard second-hand that a trafficker he knew (also unnamed) had bought planes from, and was working with, the CIA.

The brother he's referencing is Francisco "Pacho" Cifuentes, who led of the family's drug empire until he was murdered in 2007
