Thanks gerryduffett and MRG, very helpful information especially the one about how to get a hold of the book (I have tried bookstore with no luck) and about the Gang Stalking Stress. I found something related called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder -
Reactions to a Traumatic Situation
After a GangStalking attack, you may find that your ordeal is still not over. Some people who survive a traumatic situation continue to feel the stress of the event afterward. This is true for attacks, assaults and any other emotionally devastating events. Common reactions may include questioning "why you?" Or what you could have done differently. People who experience Post-traumatic Stress Disorder often have flashbacks, nightmares, and difficulty sleeping. Depression, irritability, fear, mood swings, and loss of appetite are also common. All of these reactions are normal.
Once that you have endured the failed entrapment, harassment and attacks. How can you survive it emotionally? Three things can help considerably: Accept your feelings, talk to professionals, and try to find something positive in the experience. All three are much easier to say than do, especially if you have difficulty dealing with emotions or talking. People who have the hardest time recovering are those who refuse to talk about what happened. Studies have shown that the central factor that determine the overall performance of a group is unit cohesion -how well everyone work together. If you are reading this, always remember that you are not alone anymore! It is best to talk with people who can understand how you feel and who will really listen to you. Ring a bell? You will find them here at http://www.whosarat.com so post your story here AND talk to your friends, pastor, or local mental health professional may be able to help you by listening. Trying to find something positive in what happened may sound trite, but it helps. Some survivors get better training and equipment. Others, through their personal testimony or quiet talk, spread the word that being prepared and having the will to survive an attack increases your chances of survival.

Gang Stalking / Comedy Show / Toronto
Hi
Gangstalking for me is a ......................."pretty serious issue."
It certainly turned "pretty deadly" when someone "poisoned me" in 1997.
No one has been arrested for that so far.
My health is in really poor shape.
It looks like what we have here in the last few years is a
.............."gang stalking comedy show".
Although my health suffered greatly in the last 10 years,
this last poisoning really knocked me for a loop,
some of the people I have met in recent years are absolutely
..............."pathetic."
A really sick group of people.
Not only in my workplaces, ...........buy even now,
new people I meet in different situations.
It truely is a sick society.
Rumor, allegation and innuendo.
Slander and defamation of character
Frameups and setups.
It's a little bizzare.
A ................."clown show."
People really do try to ......................"push your buttons."
Absolutely bizzare.
