Groups consider themselves to be "investigators" who are "gathering information" to be used to "lay charges" against the target.

A typical "police investigation" lasts a "few days."

An investigation by a "private investigator" may last a "month" and it may involve being followed around by "two or three people."

Organized Stalking / Gang Stalking

While the average 21st Century citizen prefers not to think about this crime syndrome, stalking groups have been using

"civilian psychological warfare"

on their targets now for at least two decades.

And talking about this taboo topic brings a very heavy

................"don't spoil my day" response.

People not affected simply refuse to listen to information on stalking
by more than one stalker.

Kind of like the way folks don't like hearing about cancer.

In the early 1990s, legal jursidictions in both the United States and
Canada finally enacted legislation making stalking a crime.

But to society's detriment, justice systems everywhere
seamlessly ignore every case where a group of stalkers engage in the same behaviour as single stalkers.

The reason isn't clear, but it may have to do with the rather
substantial amount of investigative labour required

when a group takes turns doing "little nasties" against a target.

Who is the perpetrator?

That the stalkers are generally not career criminals makes going after stalking group members a substantial project for the justice system.

Some of the stalkers have considerable respect
in their communities.

Today's stalking groups use very carefully planned harassment methods.

Every single act of harassment is carefully designed
so that it is in the "life's normal breaks" category.

What the target sees are "normal breaks" which usually occur maybe once or twice a month on average, to maybe once a year.

But for organized stalking targets, such "normal breaks" happen at
least once, and often several times a DAY.

This "life's normal breaks" format of the crime also adds to the
difficulty of investigating and prosecuting organized stalking.

In turn, the apparent normalcy makes it very easy for police and other officials to brush off complaints of organized stalking as the target
being

"mistaken",

"overreacting," .............or often,

"in need of seeing a good psychiatrist."

"Life's normal breaks" span a huge range of seriousness.

At the low end you have endless noise from co-opted neighbours who observe the target and schedule "normal activity" like running a leaf blower for each time a target may wish to enjoy peaceful activity.

Or scattering the target's mail on their porch while the target is away at work.

Or frequent, make believe, obviously sarcastic "wrong number" calls.

But at the opposite end of the range, you have surreptitious entry to the target's home, car and workplace, with sabotage of belongings, and torture and even the death of pets.

One target came home to find antifreeze in the dog's dish, and the dog permanently blind.

Some pets or wild animals are butchered and left on the target's
doorstep.

It is common, where a target is married, for the stalkers to carefully
harass the target only at times and places when the target is separated from the partner.

This eventually drives the target to complain, and the usual reaction
is

"Don't talk about that any more" ............or

"Go see a psychiatrist right away".

The marriage is then often headed for destruction.

Vicious lies are circulated in the community, and these lies do not
stop.

Such lies as the target is a prostitute, a drug user, a drug dealer, has a long criminal record,

or the highly destructive favourite, applied to both men and women,

........................the target is a pedophile.

Sabotage, lies, and harassment happen at the workplace as well, and it's not unusual for the target to be driven from a job.

Once that happens, when the target looks for another job, the target is shadowed, and lies are fed to prospective employers.

Some targets have been driven to homelessness, and a few have been driven to suicide.

So just because activity is confined to "life's normal breaks", these
"breaks" can be devastating and even become life-and-death issues.

Along with the lies, endless sabotage of individually small, but
cumulatively important belongings accompanies the surreptitious entries, which are done using locksmithing techniques.

The target effectively owns nothing, because anything he or she owns is subject to being ruined.

Sabotage is carefully spaced out and held to relatively low individual
value per incident, as are the thefts that also occur.

A great deal of effort is put into planning the sabotage and thefts,
and scheduling them so police will not take the complaints seriously.

Even the sabotage has a well planned psychological element:

Clothing is often ripped open at sexually significant places like
armpits and crotches.

Can you imagine taking your underwear to the police station to report that someone broke in and ripped out all the crotches?

Do you think the police would treat that as a crime worthy of their
attention?

How long does this go on?

With a literal handful of rare exceptions, for life.

Because the stalking groups continue to recruit and grow indefinitely,

there is no "tiring" of the stalker, as happens in single stalker
cases.

To this point, I've briefly highlighted the crime of organized
stalking.

Organized stalking is sometimes called "gang stalking" though the
stalking group members generally don't appear to be affiliated with youth gangs, race gangs, biker gangs, or say, the Mafia.

"Vigilante stalking" is sometimes used because of the false allegations that targets are active criminals.

The big question of course, is "Why?"

The full answer has yet to be discovered.

For an individual target, the "Why?" answer relates to the lies told to
the people doing the harassing.

There are people in any neighbourhood or community who enjoy the feeling of

self-righteousness ............from

............."helping keeping crime under control",

or in some cases

.............."doing the Lord's work."

Tell the right lies,

...............and it's not hard to recruit harassers.

A second part of the "Why?" question, for which no clear answer is yet available, is why the leaders of these organized stalking groups
propagate the lies.

One author, Florida private investigator David Lawson, investigated
organized stalking groups for more than a decade, and succeeded in infiltrating groups in the United States and Canada.

His current book on the subject is "Cause Stalking" and is available

David Lawson found that the organized stalking group leaders keep
something of an "arm's length" distance from the members,

often passing target designations in ways where the leader can't be
identified,

such as a coded classified newspaper ad, or even a mention on a local radio show.

Lawson reports that leaders are often from "somewhere else" and claim to have worked in "intelligence" or other difficult to verify jobs.

He was able to interact with stalking group members, but his
information on the leaders is skimpy.

David Lawson did report some corporate funding of these stalking
groups,

by corporations who needed ways to deal with people and groups they consider their "enemies."

People like activists and whistleblowers, or even intellectuals
critical of their activities.

Cases are known where, for example, a wife discovers her husband is a pedophile and reports him.

Inheritance disputes are understandable.

And of course, some organized stalking cases have resulted from having a marriage or relationship go sour.

Those are reasons why some targets have been selected,

but it is distressing is that there are many targets who do not know
why they were initially chosen.

The reason David Lawson chose "Cause Stalking" as the title of his
current book on the subject is that he found organized stalking members are often recruited on the basis of some "cause".

Lawson didn't elaborate on the causes used for recruiting, but did report that once recruited,

the "front" cause is essentially ignored,

and the actual work of the group is to harass "criminals", and perhaps drive them out of the community.

Lawson reports, and targets concur, that across the U.S. and Canada, local groups now exist everywhere and the are seamlessly networked.

If a target moves, the group in the new location will continue the harassment.

David Lawson has done ground-breaking work in exposing the plight of thousands of organized stalking targets.

His observations are hailed by the targets as "right on the money",
highly accurate.

And yet, he has missed the mark when it comes to his conclusions.

Lawson repeatedly lays the blame for organized stalking groups at the feet of foreign terrorists,

the "Al Quaeda" thing, and, members of the U.S. Patriot Movement, who,

according to their radio shows,

are interested in exposing government crimes and deviations from the U.S. Consitution.

Lawson calls them "anti government",

but one would think that exposing government crime is a truly patriotic act.

Lawson's own observations simply do not show any involvement by either foreign terrorists or the U.S. Patriot movement.

No connection is visible.

That doesn't mean there aren't some members of either Al-Quaeda or the U.S. Patriot Movement who also do some organized stalking,

but targets don't report a visible connection with those groups from
their experiences.

So, what can be done about the crime of organized stalking?

In the opinion of this writer,

all it would take to stop it would be for organized stalking to become a

"household word."

That's it.

It's that simple.

The problem is that because the justice system consistently denies the reality, the media has nothing they are willing to print.

If a target approaches reporters, the reporters, under
the gun for accuracy, are very reluctant, though there are small hints this may be slowly changing.

If the general public were aware of this crime, the pressure on the
justice system would be sufficient to stop it, I claim.

Meanwhile, what can someone who discovers, and that can take time, that their endless "bad luck" is really organized stalking do to help themselves?

Right now, there are a precious few, a small minority, of crisis
support organization counselors who do know organized stalking is "real" and will offer some support.

They cannot stop the crime, nor can they force the reluctant justice
system to act to help the target, but it can make a huge difference just knowing one person, especially connected with an organization, does believe the target and does know that organized stalking is a real crime.

Anti-organized stalking activists need to work harder at developing
connections with those few crisis support counselors, in the view of this writer.

Perhaps the largest pool of activity among targets is networking via
the Internet.

Because destruction of targets' incomes is a high priority of the
stalkers, target activism is rather poorly funded, but some things are happening.

At the moment, I'd like to recommend googling "organized stalking", with the quotes, to readers who may believe their "bad luck" has reached the point of organized stalking.

Networking doesn't stop the harassment but it can dramatically improve the outlook for targets.

What can the general public do to help?

Look up organized stalking on the Internet, read what is available, and above all else, talk it up.

The day organized stalking becomes a household word is the day that this crime will be properly attended to by justice systems.

Interestingly, things that are normally a liability for me protect me from a lot of what they're trying to induce.

I'm talkative and frank, I don't keep things to myself. Six months or more of waiting to be sure what I was seeing is the longest I have ever kept anything to myself, and it was killing me. Now I'm telling everyone who will stay within earshot long enough to listen. So opening up and sharing just aren't the scary deal they are for some people.

I'll freely admit to seeing the world a bit askew, I don't hallucinate or anything, I just look at things from a different angle. People who have always complimented my intelligence still look at me a little funny when I bust out with something like, "All those psychic detective shows...what if so-called police psychics are feds of some sort, feeding info from informants or undercovers who can't go to court so that police can gather evidence and tell the perpetrator, courtroom, and world that a psychic told them? And they could even cover for commercial satellite use over the US, for instance, that turns up a gravesite. I mean, is it technically illegal for commercial satellite companies to hand over that info? But then again, do they want people to know they do? And of course, a 'police psychic' can lead investigators to information only a wiretap or other device lower tech than a satellite could have known. Maybe the accused is fooled, and maybe not, but good luck proving fruit of the poison tree or seeing who spilled the beans to the cops in the police report, and it gets around that "right of the accused to face the accusers" bit quite well."

Yes, that's really how my brain works, not crazy, but definately not normal. So I'm used to those looks. And because I've never been stalked before, I've never said to any friend or family member, "I'm being followed" or similar. I do want the video evidence to nail it down, though.

Also, I'm high strung anyway, very accustomed to being on edge over little things (167 on LSAT because I'm so anal retentive and driven I just kept taking the practice tests over and over until on test day the mere sight of that familiar answer sheet settled my nervousness right down). I'm driven, I'm used to conflict (I did want to be a lawyer, until it started to look more like social games than a real adversarial system, despite a few bright lights left who remember you aren't supposed to be buddy buddy with the opposition's attorney!). So actually, stalking me like this gives me courage, energy, and drive.

Unless these guys are trying to resurrect a once-broken and discouraged enemy of tyranny (but then, America does like creating its own enemies) they may have screwed themselves over badly.

toward another individual.

Critics have asserted that this action may be motivated in part by the desire to

recruit,

convert or

otherwise influence.

As of 2005, the phrase can be used in two slightly different ways.

* Members of the Unification Church,

and perhaps members of other groups,

use or have used the phrase themselves to mean a genuine expression of friendship, fellowship, interest, or concern.

* Critics of cults use the phrase with the implication that

......the "love" is feigned

and

......the practice is manipulative.

"Love bombing"

is often cited by critics as one of the methods used by some cults and religions

......to recruit and retain members.

History of term

The term was used within, and is often associated with,

the Unification Church,

especially the San Francisco Bay area church known as the

"Oakland Family."

In 1999 testimony to the Maryland Cult Task Force, Ronald Loomis,

Director of Education for the

International Cultic Studies Association,

reflecting his belief that the term was not invented by critics, asserted:

"We did not make up this term.

The term 'love bombing' originated with the Unification Church,

......the Moonies.

Itâ€™s their term.

Another group thatâ€™s active on many Maryland campuses,

the International Churches of Christ, also uses that term."

Though the term was already widely used by the media at the time,

the Unification Church used it at least as early as 1978.

Sun Myung Moon, founder of the Unification Church,

used the term "love bomb" in a July 23, 1978 speech :

Unification Church members are smiling all of the time,

even at four in the morning.

The man who is full of love must live that way.

When you go out witnessing you can caress the wall and say that it can expect you to witness well

and be smiling when you return.

What face could better represent love than a smiling face?

This is why we talk about love bomb;

Moonies have that kind of happy problem.

"Love bombing" by Unification Church members has reportedly influenced recruits to prolong a visit to Unification Church centers or camps.

Church opponents criticize the practice as contrived;

more severe critics condemn it as manipulation

and, when used, an insidious element of mind control.

Based on his own personal experience as a Unification Church member,

Steven Hassan describes the process of "love bombing" in his book

Combatting Cult Mind Control.

Former members of the Children of God,

including Deborah Davis,

daughter of the founder of the Children of God,

and Kristina Jones, daughter of an early member,

have used the term in describing the early days of the organization.

Gangstalking is very real -- it operates in the shadows much like the mob or the drug trade. It's unfortunate that Lawson's book attributes the phenomena to terrorists. What a misleading and cruel joke.

The endless break-ins, the cumulative minor destruction, the slander, the gaslighting, the sensitization (They use whistling to let me know I'm being watched.), the stalking even on road trips... It's all over the country. Why would people find the idea of gangstalking absurd? It's the perfect crime. Only a moron wouldn't believe these atrocities are occurring.

I have been unable to work for 19 months since I had this stroke in Sep 2006.

I am currently in the "Social Services" system.

Some of the homeless people I have met in the 9 months I have been in

downtown Toronto have been very helpful with information about "basic needs"

This story is pretty big in the homeless community.

This is a story from the area I come to every day in Toronto.

This happened 2 1/2 years ago.

Canadian Forces based at the Armoury Building next to Moss Park is right across the street

from the computer club at the Fred Victor Center where I go usually every weekday morning.

One of three army reservists accused of fatally beating a homeless Toronto man said before the attack that he "hated bums and homeless people and wanted to take them on," a jury heard yesterday.

In his opening, Crown attorney Hank Goody alleged that Pte. Brian Deganis, Cpl. Jeffery Hall and Cpl. Mountaz Ibrahim preyed upon the "completely defenceless, completely vulnerable" Paul Croutch.

The beating came a short time after Deganis' remarks early on Aug. 31, 2005, at Moss Park, where Croutch, 59, was wrapped up in a garbage bag sleeping.

"Croutch was kicked ... like a football so hard that his body was being lifted off the ground," Goody said, adding the brutal assault inflicted broken ribs, a torn spleen and a fatal brain injury.

"Paul Croutch never saw it coming.

He never knew what or who hit him."

Goody said it is anticipated that "one or more of the accused was apparently under the influence of alcohol."

The jury must consider the accused's state of mind during the alleged offence, he added.

The accused were reserve members of Queen's Own Rifles of Canada, an airborne infantry unit of the Canadian Forces based at the Armoury Building next to Moss Park, Goody said.

PLEAD NOT GUILTY

Hall and Deganis, both 23, and Ibrahim, 25, have pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in Croutch's death and assault causing bodily harm against Valerie Valen.

She was described by Goody as a "Good Samaritan" walking through Moss Park who tried to stop the beating and was assaulted "for her troubles."

Valen was chased by Hall and Ibrahim, who "caught up with her" and kicked her legs out from under her. When she fell, they beat and dragged her through the park.

"She was told -- particularly by Hall and Deganis -- that she and her loser, homeless, derelict friends had no business being in the park," Goody told the jury.

"Indeed, when Deganis struck her in the face, he told Ms. Valen to, 'Tell your friends the Park is ours -- we own it.' And he thrust his dog tags into her face, saying that they gave them the right to do whatever they wanted to her and all derelict homeless bums."

The men were at the Armoury at 4 a.m., shortly before the fatal assault, Goody said.

"Despite having been told by a senior officer to take a taxi and go home or to sleep inside the Armoury ... the trio instead left the building, went directly into Moss Park and attacked Croutch," he said.

The trial continues today.

They use the whistling thing at me too. The perps are some of the biggest losers in the world - they're soooo upset I'm not freaking out at what they're doing and the more I resist their harassment the more their harassment becomes viewable by the general populace, thus alerting others to their nasty behavior.

This book seems like it is impossible to get.No book stores in my town have it.Amazon .com is always out of it.I suppose these GANGSTALKERS are messing with too many people.

I have been cause stalked or gang stalked what-ever you want to call it, mobbed at work, drugged, brainwaves intercepted, car hit, audio projected at me,etc. for years, now. I have reported it to the local police the fbi and fcc. I have actually been driven to suicide and I am just now learning that this a commonplace occurence. Anyone who this is happening to or has happened to please email hiserconsulting@yahoo.com This type of behavior is a crime against humanity and diminishes every person on the planet and we need to band together to prevent it. I know a great deal of the people involved and they don't scare me, don't let these people scare you! They are either corrupt people or losers who believe that they have become something more than they truly are. If they are verbally harassing you then, challenge them to do something beneficial to society. They can't they are too wrapped up in being abominations and they know it rub their noses in it. Show them who they really are the biggest losers the world has ever none!

If they can't set you up for a crime or get you dead or homeless, they have another way to screw you.

The other way the perps can get you to "hang" yourself is by forcing you onto psychiatric meds for life. They can also make it so you have to take govt benefits instead of work so you remain poor since you don't want to lose the benefits since the perps keep making you lose jobs.

Where is David Lawson anyway? Why isn't he advocating for us? He is the only non target that has written a book about this and it was back in 2000. The latest effort is just a rehashing of the 2000 book.

The "terrorist" thing is just a cop out. He thinks by referring to them as "terrorists" he'll escape getting perped, or worse, the book is just a giant piece of disinfo.

The best thing to do is ignore them and hope they step over the line as they step up the harassment and people notice. The problem is, do people already know and don't care?
